30-Day Return Window
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
How to Start a Return
Email support@topchopping.com with your order number. We reply within 24 hours (business days) with return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect — in that case we cover return shipping completely.
Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your inflatable arrives damaged or fails to inflate, contact us within 7 days with photos — we ship a free replacement first, no need to return the damaged unit in most cases.
Non-Returnable
Items visibly used, missing original packaging, or damaged by the customer cannot be refunded.
